Wendell
E. Howard, PE – CEO
Wendell Howard is the co-founder and CEO of DRC Technologies, Inc.
in Austin, Texas. Prior to DRC, he was founder and president of
Dynacorp Engineering, Inc., and earlier still, Managing Director
of Koch Industries, Inc. for U.S. and International Government Affairs.
He served as Vice President and General Manager for Koch Chemical
Company Specialty Division, where he managed all aspects of U.S.
and international operations. Wendell also has over a decade of
experience in product development, project management and process
engineering in the United States and internationally, first with
Diamond Shamrock, and later with Koch Engineering Company, Inc.
and is well versed in the technical and management aspects at both
the plant and corporate levels. He received his first U.S. Patent
is the field of solids reduction technology in 2003, and currently
has several patents pending before the U.S. Patent and Trade Office.
Wendell holds Bachelor of Science
degrees in biology, psychology and chemical engineering, is a licensed
Professional Engineer in Texas, and a member of the American Institute
of Chemical Engineers.
Frederick
J. Erickson – President
Fred Erickson is the co-founder and President of
DRC Technologies, Inc. and responsible for the daily operations
and program development for the company. Prior to DRC, he was a
partner with the consulting firm of Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington
D.C. He was also founder and President of Booz Allen Hamilton Saudi
Arabia, their Joint Venture Company in Riyadh. Previously, Fred
was Vice President and General Manager of McDonnell Douglas Services,
also located in Riyadh, where he managed contracts for the maintenance
and operational readiness of the Royal Saudi Air Force F-15 fleet.
He also founded and served as President of McDonnell Douglas Arabia,
another joint venture organization.
Fred has a distinguished service
record in the U.S. Air Force where he was the squadron commander
for one of two Operational Test & Evaluation Squadrons; a pilot
with the USAF Thunderbirds, and Chief of the Saudi Arabian Division
for Foreign Military Sales in the Pentagon with programs valued
in excess of $60 billion. He has over three decades of experience
in program management, program development, international business
and government contract negotiations and management. Fred holds
a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters
of Business Administration. A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Air
War College, he focused his studies on the former Soviet Union and
the Middle East. He is Chairman (Emeritus) of the American Businessmen’s
Group in Riyadh and the Saudi Arabian International School Riyadh.
